B-B-Q Brisket:  Beef Brisket and Sausage served with Potato Salad, Garden Salad, w/Ranch or Italian Dressing, Pinto or Ranch Beans, Bread, Ice Tea and Coffee.  $15.95 per person

Traditional Grilled Chicken Breast: Topped wilth Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, and Monterrey Jack Cheese, served with Baked Potato or Rice Pilaf, Green Beans Almondine, Garden Salad with Ranch or Italian Dressing, Rolls, Ice Tea and Coffee.  Chicken Fried Steak can be substitued for Grill Chicken Breast. $16.95 per person.

Mexican:  Fajitas (Chicken and Beef), Quesadillas (Chicken and Beef), Changitos (Chicken and Beef).  Served with:  Sauteed Onions, Flour Tortillas, Rice, Refried Beans or Charro Beans, Red and Green Salsa, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Chips, Ice Tea and Coffee.  $15.95 per person. Note:  Add Chile Con Queso - $40 per gallon.

Italian:  Lasagna and Fettucine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken.  Served with Garden Salad w/Italian Dressing, Bread Sticks, Ice Tea and Coffee. $16.95 per person.

Steak and Srimp:  Grilled Ribeye and Fried Jumbo Shrimp.  Served with Baked Potato or Rice Pilaf, Garden Salad, w/Ranch or Italian Dressing, Rolls, Ice Tea and Coffee.  $24.95 per person.

Desserts:  Cheesecake - $3.50, Cobbler - $2.00, Flan - $2.50, Sopapillas - $2.50, Chocalate Cake - $3.00 Carrot Cake - $3.00

General Information: 

Deposit - Especial Events requires a signed contract and a deposit to reserve your time and date. A $500 deposit is required for Saturdays and $250 for all other days.

Catering Services - All Catering Services must be paid four weeks prior to the event.

Bar Services Are Available.  Ask for details.

Prices include Room, Tables, Chairs, China, Silverware, Glassware, Cloth Napkins and Tableclothes.  Please add tax and 15% Gratuity (Min:  $150) to above prices for buffet. Please add tax and 20% Gratuity for a "sit down and be served dinner"). Prices are for parties of 40 or more guests. Minimum of 100 guests on Saturdays.
